Call a friend...beg her to go to the Laundromat with you.
Drag her out in the cold icky winter weather...have her help you carry your laundry baskets in.
"Pretend" you don't know how to operate the washer and dryer...so she must hold your hand and help you step by step.
Engage her in stimulating adult conversation.
Wash all your rugs together, until they form one giant lint ball. Then ask her to help you pull all the lint off...until your fingers cramp.
Next, look pathetic enough that the sweet puerto rican laundromat worker Mary comes over to help.
