
I just wanted to show you guys some artsy stuff I've been working on. I haven't added anything to my Etsy store in a while. I guess it's just easier for me to make things and give them away sometimes. What's wrong with me??:)
Anyway this piece I made for a school auction. I love Phil 4:18 Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.

Jesus rescues me...yes HE does!

These two girls were made for my friends Lori and Marylynn back home. They are wooden plaques. The second one has 1 Cor 13 handwritten on it..the LOVE chapter.

I made this one for Sasha. She had lots of creams, browns and greens in her house. I also remember seeing a Nest pillow on her couch, so I thought what would be better than to "bless this nest"!

I've been wanting to branch into jewelry making. I made this for Lissa when I went out to see her in Seattle. What do you think? Would you buy something like this?

I think your things are wonderful!! The first one reminds me of Meg D's blog-Whatever. :) That is what her blog name comes from (I'm sure you knew that. Sorry.)
ReplyDeleteI really love that necklace, and based on what I've read on her blog, I think it's perfect for Lissa. I don't know her in real life, of course, but it seems totally up her alley.
And I would buy it myself, even though it's different from what I normally wear. Branching out is a very good thing. :)

ReplyDeleteReally cool stuff. That last one ~ the love bravely tree ~ it would also make a really cool key chain. I like things that I can hold in my hand every day. I love that little Fairy! Beautiful! ;) My little girl has two flower fairy sketches I did for her in her room... they are not perfect... but they make her happy! he he! ReplyDeleteYou've been busy girl! And yes I would definitely buy that necklace. I've been thinking about making some jewelry myself and using my watercolor painting inside of the pendant. A friend just told me there is a kit you can buy where you can actually make your own resin shapes for the pendant. Awesome huh?

Catching fireflies and picking wild berries that my sister and I would eat. That is the first place that I ever saw it snow. Those were good memories. Thanks for bringing them back to me today.
