
I am a huge fan of the
Biggest Loser. The new season starts on Tuesday, Jan. 6th on
NBC...YEAH! It totally motivates me. I DVR each episode and watch it as I do my elliptical machine workouts.

My favorite trainer is
Jillian Michaels. She just looks amazing. I figure if she can motivate those people who weigh in at 300-400 pounds to lose weight with diet and exercise, than I can get myself going to lose those measly 10 pounds. I just bought the new
Biggest Loser Family Cookbook. I'm going to start experimenting with those recipes. I'll let you know if it's any good.
