Campfire kisses

We had a campfire this weekend. For some reason we don't do this enough. I don't know if it's pure laziness or what, but it's always so much fun when we do. Just watching the fire flicker or gazing up at the twinkling stars, munching on marshmallows...kissing my chicks:) You should have heard the squeals of laughter after they looked at each picture. They thought this was just HILARIOUS.

Lord thank you for my family, my girls and honey. For the little moments in life that we get to share together... I'm so grateful.

What are you thankful for? What did you do this weekend??

Have a blessed day.

  3. These pictures are GREAT!!!!! A glimpse in to your happy life!!! Thanks for sharing!!!

I am thankful mostly for my family: an amazing hubby, incredible parents, a fabulous brother, a nephew who is my best little buddy, and my loveable furball!!! I am also thankful for our home, jobs we love, and wonderful friends. And I am truly thankful for all the wonderful women, like you :-), that I have "met" through blogging!

This weekend we spent an afternoon at a local beach. Lots of great pics on my blog! And I made homemade salsa and homemade pesto with the bounty from our garden!

My brother and sil bought us a firepit last Christmas and we just don't use it enough. Your pics have inspired me to use it more!!!

My weekend...my in-laws came down for a visit. I am thankful that I have great relationship with them. Pa took the kiddos fishing and Nana and I filled a few picture frames. (They needed some updated pictures of the kids.) Speaking of...I should go post about this! Have a great Monday:)

  9. Great pictures! You girls are so pretty. :) I can't wait for the weather to cool down here, so we can start a fire and not feel like infidels. We had a great weekend. My sweetie and I moved some cows to a different pasture, and I rode my horse for the first time in a looong time. Got a sunburn. It was a nice cool 89 degree day. Great weekend, thanks for asking! Hope you have a wonderfully blessed Monday.
