When my folks were up a few weeks ago we drove to Stillwater one day. This neighborhood was one of the main reasons I wanted to take them there. It's called Liberty on the Lake and every house is charming and unique!

Love all the different finishes on the exterior...stone, cedar shingles, siding. I wonder what the inside looks like??
Love the cottage charm. Isn't that picket fence cute??
The landscaping was really interesting too. Love those topiary trees and urns filled with red geraniums.
Oh my...gorgeous window boxes and that porch!

beautiful...
ReplyDeletei love wondering around looking at homes.
thanks for sharing.

I love looking at homes from the outside but I always want to go in and see what they have done to the inside too!
ReplyDeleteThese homes are beautiful. I have always wanted to visit Stillwater. I grew up 10 miles from the Minnesota border. I have heard it is a great town to visit. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Oh to live in a house like that on the lake, it would be wonderful.

Very pretty. I don't blame you for shooting them through your car window. I often go for walks with my camera and always wonder what people think when I stop and shoot a picture of their lovely house. Heehee!

I'm totally one of those girls that when I'm on a walk, don't leave your window wide open..... because you better believe that I'm going to be craning my neck to try and see how your house is decorated. My husband calls me nosy, I say it's appreciation of others inspiration :)
ReplyDeleteWow, those houses are gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteOh my dear! Thanks for sharing those photos!! Wow- gorgeous. The first one is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteThose are definitely gorgeous homes!
ReplyDeleteI am a proud owner of a home in that neighborhood, it is a special place to live. TOO bad people dont want to pay for houses with charm anymore and due to the economy all the builders who designed these homes are out of business.... cookie cutter builders are the only ones to survive. PS - they are just as cute on the inside too and each home is different.
