Well today we finally got our answer. Our house situation is taken care of!!! That last piece to this moving puzzle was finally put into place. I am overjoyed. I feel like words cannot describe how relieved I feel. I didn't even know I was carrying it around...the house was like a giant weight around my neck. It was the detail that seemed impossible and yet it IS possible. God heard our prayers. Thank you Lord!
Have you been carrying around something too? Have you been pleading with God about a certain thing over and over again? Your answer will come. It will!! Don't lose heart. He hears our every whimper and cry. He knows when the time is right. Lean in.
Have a blessed day.

I am celebrating this with you, Becky!!! The Lord ALWAYS makes a way where there doesn't seem to be one. And yes, our fears do keep us from seeing that brightening light at the end of our fleshly, narrow tunnels! (Been there, done that, bought those souvenir t-shirts!) We moved to this farm 9 months ago without having sold our other house, and now we have our buyer. God has done so much for us, too. I love the Lord's creativity; there's so much He just loves to do for us. I send a hug your way!
ReplyDeletegirl! this is huge! i'm saying a big Hallelujah, thank you Jesus over here for you, too. i love how the Lord is so faithful to lift our burdens. what a gracious God we serve!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you have relief. I wrote about fear today, too. Funny how a theme can run through my bloggy friends sometimes. btw, I'm afraid. I hope God gives me peace, sooner than later. :)

ReplyDeleteYippee! His timing not ours. I forget it a lot.
ReplyDeleteOh, I feel your joy and celebrate with you. Yes, God is so faithful and I'm amazed at how often I still have to be reminded of that fact. Shouting "glory" all the way down here in Louisiana! Hugs to you!
ReplyDeleterejoicing with you (long-distance!). He is so good to us.
ReplyDeleteWonderful!! So happy for that burden lifted off of you!
ReplyDeleteWonderful news! I am so glad you got an answer and your burden was lifted!!
ReplyDeleteYes, we are praying about something...my husband as contacted about a job opportunity. In some ways it is an answer to prayer - tuition reimbursement for our girls, a pension, annuity, and the schedule would allow for him to start his own company. On the other hand, he is currently working on a big and exciting project and is part of a smaller, but still pretty cool project at the company where is and there would be more options for those kinds of challenges where he is now as opposed to this job opportunity, but tuition reimbursement for the girls, just a 401K and a non-compete that won't allow him to start a side business where he is now. Lots to pray about...
Your post was a needed read today. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteGreat news:) Isn't it wonderful when a " weight" is lifted?!
ReplyDeleteWhat a relief!!
ReplyDeletethank you for sharing those words! totally can apply them :)
ReplyDeleteThat is the best news ever Becky ~ I can only imagine the weight that has been lifted off your shoulders. I know how hard it is to let it go and to attempt to stop that nagging little thing like a tickle in the back of your throat when you are getting over a cold. I will do the happy dance for you today! xo
ReplyDeleteSO HAPPY THAT YOUR HOUSE SOLD!!!

ReplyDeleteyes, i have a little something i've been carrying around. i plead with god about it about 100 times a day. maybe more. but i have never been so close and dependent on god. it feels safe here, even though i'm in a scary spot in life. thank you always for writing :)
Becky: Congrats on selling your house. Im sorry I even mentioned it when you offered up question day to us readers. I hate when people bring up things dragging me down. Im so happy you sold. It makes the process of moving on so much easier. Good things are coming your way already in 2012 :)
